Built by Phil Keller Homes, the look starts with Linea™ Weatherboard made for the classic coastal style, with plenty of spaces for alfresco entertaining including large sliding doors opening out onto a deck and barbeque area.

This bright, light-filled Queensland home has all the hallmarks of the Modern Hamptons look. Weatherboards are essential to any Hamptons exterior, and here Linea Weatherboard has been used in Dulux 'Mt Aspiring' to create a fresh, crisp white palette. The home was built by DB Building, who have maximised an outdoor lifestyle with a covered deck area.

The Scandinavian Barn Look is brought to life with Axon Cladding - its smooth finish ideal for this modern style. A steeply pitched gable roof and light-filled interiors complete the Scandinavian Barn look, as well as a contrasting colour palette of dark and light. Warmth is introduced through minimalistic furnishings in natural materials such as timber, cane and rattan.
